Chiara Consiglio is a performer, creator and facilitator from Italy with a strong focus on the interdisciplinary nature of choreographic creation, which intertwines dance, research, and relations.
As both dancer and maker, her work is rooted in crafting narrative rhythms through raw, fluid body language, inviting the audience to feel part of the unfolding story.
She graduated at the international dance centre Opus Ballet in Florence and she took part of the Intensive Short Program of PERA - School of Performing Arts (Cyprus), where she started to develop her own and collective choreographic projects. Her movement language is shaped by her background in Latin American and Hip Hop dance.
Currently, Chiara works as a freelance dancer and she continues to elaborate her own performative processes in collaboration with artists between Italy, Finland and Germany. She facilitates her workshop practice for dancers and non-dancers 'Laboratorio di Movimento', a project recently presented at international festivals and artistic gatherings.
